Traditional Dinner from Italian Tyrol

"Not Your Grandmother's Pasta and Meatballs!"

This dinner is built around "plain" polenta, a cornmeal based dish served most often as an accompaniment to rich stews.  We'll be offering both beef and chicken options, and a green salad with various toppings.  [All gluten-free.] Light dessert to follow.
