HHYC Annual Membership Meeting

The Annual Membership Meeting will be held at HHYC on Saturday September 19, 2026 at 2 pm, with the Harvest dinner to follow at 4 pm. Please register for the meeting if you are able to attend (either in person or via Zoom) so we can ensure we have a quorum. The zoom link is here:

As with previous years, Board reports will be made available on the website for review one week prior to the meeting. Please make sure to review these to ensure efficient use of our meeting time. The only report that will be printed for members will be the budget. (This is the link to the Annual Meeting webpage.) The 2027 budget and the report from the Long Range Planning Committee are both posted in the clubhouse, and can be found on the Annual Meeting webpage.
